Alison has spent her career working to develop products and services, using web technologies, focused on information management. The roles where she has gained most enjoyment, have been Consulting focused, working to enable customers to derive business success and advantage, improving utilisation of their core business asset – data.

Alison’s role within Talis Consulting enables her to work with customers to help them understand and clearly scope requirements, so as to ensure that when a Consultant is assigned to deliver a project it has been clearly defined. Alison ensures successful delivery to initial requirements while working to understand the wider opportunity that the initial project potentially uncovers.
